I've spotted some black patent wedge court shoes with a steel toe cap so far but there isn't much out there. |

It's not a ban on wearing them, it's a ban on forcing people to wear them.
I am lucky in the fact I have never been forced to wear them but if an employer tried to i would insist that they do the same for male colleagues. |
