There are several depression threads on here with some good advice.
You've admitted your problem and that's a big step.
Make a GP appointment. Be honest with them.
Try counselling, solo or couples.
Andy's man club, find them on Facebook, there may be a group near you to meet other men in your position to talk to. |

Listen matey, being on a swingers site isn't going to save your marriage. You havnt given us details on which we may advise a solution or suggestions to your issues.
