"Mi mam's side of the family are from Hull, and I do like a good Yorkshire pudding, not so fond of their yappy Terriers though
Which part of 'Ull? I still have my house there!"
Well ma Gran used to live on 5th Avenue off Greenwood Avenue, and ma Uncle lives on Sutton Rd. Two of ma cousins are now living near Beverley |

"My Dad was a Yorkshireman and he was the loveliest, most decent gentleman I've ever met. "
You can take the man out of Yorkshire but not the Yorkshire out of the man |

Happy Yorkshire Day
For me it's the people that make Yorkshire great. At their finest they're the most spirited, passionate, caring and humorous group of people you'll ever meet. I can't think of a finer place to call home. And we're all sexy buggers as well! |

I consider myself an honorary Yorkshire lass.
We've been all over the country and Marc and I often talk about how happy we are to have ended up in Yorkshire when we first moved here. |

This Londoner had a mini taste of Yorkshire on Saturday when I saw real live puffins for the first time ever (a very long held ambition fulfilled), ate abso-bloody-lutely fantastic fish and chips, and drooled over loads of gothy jewellery shops. On that basis, it seemed alright |
