I can't eat fray bentos pies, my mother would have loads of them in the cupboard, and we would be forced to eat them.

And also, the fate of Waldershare fray's sons at the end of season six game of thrones just put me off for life

I like the just steak ones and slap brown sauce on them.

I'm having a bag of hula hoops and a chocolate. I'm in one of those self destruct moods.

Pie in a tin. Bleuuugh

Just chucking a chicken in the oven, it's dressed to perfection.

That means lemon and garlic in the cavity. Butter salt pepper oregano and sprigs of Thyme on the skin, not, summer hat, blouse white jeans and a clunge bag.

I can't stand roasts during summer but it's hardly a fucking summers day so roasties and all that shit are coming with it.

Meals on wheels.

I'm not that posh, I just do some instant gravy. But I crack the top of the pie and pour peas in and then gravy.

Tip: remove the pie from metal tin and replace before cooking, I hate soggy ass pastry.

Fray Bentos is the capital city of the Río Negro Department, in south-western Uruguay.

Historically, Fray Bentos' main industry has been meat processing. An industrial plant owned by the Societe de Fray Bentos Giebert & Cie., the Liebig Extract of Meat Company, was founded there in 1863. It was closed in 1979, after 117 years in operation. A local history museum opened on the site in March 2005.

Not proud to admit my 1st attempt at cooking a Frey Bentos pie I did not read the instructions. Chucked the whole tin in the oven without removing the lid! Served it up for dinner for four and couldn't for the life of me figure out why it was inedible

Will never attempt again.

I had pasta salad for lunch today
