Used to do endurance competitions, run 60 odd miles a week with hard gym sessions. Now it's home gym , my body is kinda suffering from old injuries but training is such an addictive thing I can never give up on it |

Used to do endurance competitions, run 60 odd miles a week with hard gym sessions. Now it's home gym , my body is kinda suffering from old injuries but training is such an addictive thing I can never give up on it " That is lots of running and good distance . I sometimes run too, usually 5k for 40min, yes injuries tend to catch up dont they, do you follow a training program at home now too? |

Good time that, yep it's all at home gym now cardiovascular could be better though, so long as I can stay ripped I'll be happy |

Yes but they are waist of money, you might as well just tense your stomach in intervals and still get the same results as a pad.
Nothings beats lying on the floor and performing different abs, core (note they are not necessarily the same thing) and bases core work that targets the whole abs and the surrounding muscle groups, once that is somewhat mastered then start doing Weight based ab exercises for best results. |
