Single men are probably single for a reason so maybe we should be more understanding of their caveman ways. But men in couples have no excuse. They have a woman so they should know how to talk with respect to women. Shouldn't they? |

i have found most coupled up men are better with women than genuinely single ones. they haven't got time to chase the whole site either so tend to invest more into me.
go for the genuinely single guys who live with their mum, they will be well socialised. unless they go to a restaurant with their mum and have melt downs, ignore those men. |

I think all people -men and women alike - in certain arenas will project an image distant from their true self.
I think a lot of single men come here with high expectation and believe that the women here want to be treated in a sexual manner so the hyper masculinity kicks in.
When they realise this works very infrequently, some will strop and disappear.
Others will become more cunning and cajole their way into sexual scenarios with others.
Others were nice guys to start with and just take things easy and take things in their stride.
Others are just dickheads, before, during and after their time on Fab. |

I do sometimes wonder how the male half of couples would cope 'in the wilderness' so to speak, if (for example) they had a relationship breakdown and had to go it alone.
Put into a situation where they were treated by their former peers as something of a nuisance.
I am sure some would fall foul of the site and its users as a singleton. I dare say some would adjust, but how quickly ? |

So as a single male having gone through a divorce where the female cheated and ran off with her "dwarf wanker" (I'm not bitter) 
This is something of an interesting thread for me to read, so a single male can't behave is that the general feeling?
While I have been to a few clubs and seen other males behave like idiots, grabbing the females, following the around -hunting her down! I can't and won't bring myself to that level of behaviour. I have seen many attractive women in clubs but if their talking with another male, I won't barge in and as a result will most probably loose any chance of chatting to her.
It's quite difficult being a single male, their are no written rules for us to follow and each female and or couple are quite different.
Some like to chat, some prefer not to mutter a word, while others incourage you to join in. The only rule given is no mean no. But that is for both sides as well may I add!
I'm interested on the thread that sugests we act like cave men? How....
Personally I'm not the sort to pester a female and prefer her to give some indication of interest and if ever talking to a couple I engage with the male as it's just rude not to.
Single males have a hard time and yes I agree some make it worse for the rest of us. But please don't tarnish us all with the same brush.

Some like to chat, some prefer not to mutter a word, while others incourage you to join in. The only rule given is no mean no. But that is for both sides as well may I add!

Personally I'm not the sort to pester a female and prefer her to give some indication of interest and if ever talking to a couple I engage with the male as it's just rude not to.
Single males have a hard time and yes I agree some make it worse for the rest of us. But please don't tarnish us all with the same brush.
