More than happy for this opinionated grumpy git to be mocked for hypocrisy and slated for being two faced but hey oh, I'm in a good mood.....just had weigh in and I've finally lost 4 Stone and what's best, no stupid fad diets or exercise involved, oh yeah, smug mode!

Sort of similar but my doctor told be that 1/3rd of calories should be carbohydrates but just not "white" type, so sweet potato and multi grain bread and brown rice. |

How did you do it then?"
My guess is he made up his diet of one third carbs using sweet potatoes , brown rice and seeded bread. |

Well done. I've been losing a little bit purely from exercise, and toning up a bit in places but have been trying to address my diet. This sounds like something I can start with. |
