Girls vs Guys

Just wondering, do girls enjoy having their inbox saturated and full of guys messaging them? Or would they prefer to have a select few message and pick from fewer?

Seems to be hella difficult for me to get replies even never mind first messages from women on here, it's completely the opposite for girls getting swamped. And that's without them having photos and no matter HOW they look.

I block guys for this reason. It completely overwhelms me and I can't keep up.

Yes!

I have preferences written in my profile, which get completely ignored.

I'll check out the senders profile & then delete the message unread.

I now also block the sender, as I've received so many 2nd messages, often quite rude or unpleasant!

I'd rather have actual messages of a line or 2 rather than hundreds of "how's u"

Thanks, interesting to see... To me it's crazy there's such a contrast between guys and girls. I've been here over a month and not one female has messaged me first, only guys. Whereas woman are swamped within minutes of opening an account?

A lot of that is guys who aren't genuine or serious ruining it for others, it's sad.

I'm not a fan. Everything stated on my profile is to put a lot off from messaging. I talk to so few and I prefer it that way

i don't mind either. i close my inbox when i get sick of having loads of messages and turn my profile into song lyrics or some quote i like so people dunno what i'm looking for.

i'd prefer a more relaxed inbox where the messages aren't shit (and i sort of get this, half my messages are shit but half are decent). the guys profiles if they were better or showed some compatibility with what i want then that'd be even better.

too much emphasis is placed on messaging. the profile should be everything you have to offer and the message should be your introduction so that the receiver can check you out and decide from there. i think so anyway.
