"Ok so lighten up the day, let's have some real crap advice on any subject matter....

Fill ya boots....." Could go with my ex father in law's wonderful advice strategy.
(a)Somebody does something while he watches and says nothing(eg puts a shelf up)
(b) Something goes wrong with said job (eg shelf collapses
(c) Advice is given as follows: "well, if it was me, I wouldn't have done it like that" yeah cos clever after the fact is always very impressive!
So glad to be rid of that f**ker! |

"Never dunk a rich tea biscuit for more than 2 seconds
That's not crap advice, that's the law.
Standard.
Peach x"

Hob nobs though! Well they are a bit more sturdy, you can dunk them for longer. |

Most people who want to start running try and go too fast so they are constantly out of breath and dont enjoy it, meaning they quit pretty soon.
Start at an easy pace, no matter how slow you feel you are going, where you are still able to talk while you run. Limit yourself to short walks if needed and you will be amazed how quickly you can build up. |
