Spaghetti Vongolle - Italian for cockles and spaghetti.

Cooked with white wine, herbs and shit. I love cooking it as it reminds me of a childhood memory.

Gambas Pil Pil - Spanish for prawns and chilli.

I love cooking this as it reminds me of current holidays and if I'm eating it and I haven't cooked it it means I am on holiday
