Ok so i get you girls get thousands of messages a day and no matter how you warn off the droves through your hints and tips we still come at you like a ferocious swarms
of Bee's flirting for your attention and liking your pics regardless, it must be soulf destryong and i do see there can be a few knob comments you have to deal with, however my question is this..
A guy sends a genuine, non knob, non offensive best he can muster tailored to the need message....
A delete is fine, altleast you know, a reply would be nice given weve put a pic in and some degree of effort after reading the copious demands of the profile, the little sub message, ensured your in the correct age bracket, not messaged before and your close.. and sometimes we cant see you but thats ok i life goes on.
A reply.. oh dear that lights up a guys inbox like a little happy beacon .. happy days they read it and replied.... Thats cool.
However.. what does a read and left read for ages with no reply, just bad admin? Still poss interested but not worthy of a delete, but not worthy of a reply?

Read but no reply could mean anything really.
It could be a not interested, forgot to delete.
No time to do anything about it right now but may reply later and just didn't get around to it or can't find the message in a busy inbox.
The best thing to do is delete you sent messages and stop wondering.
When ladies delete messages it doesn't automatically mean a no thanks every time, not with me anyway. Sometimes it is just a case of not having enough time to keep up with lots of conversations at once. I can only chat with a few people at a time and end up deleting some lovely messages from guys. Sometimes I will add them to my hotlist so I can find them again when I can chat. I do use the private notes as well so if they message again I know they were nice last time and I will reply if I can. |

The other thing to remember OP is that just because the message shows as not having been read, there's every possibility it has, unless of course you've sat watching it for the whole time since you sent it and not gone offline once (which would be very sad) - I mark messages as unread all the time as a marker to go back and reply so it's possible that could have happened.
It's also worth remembering that a lot of people look at the profile first before reading the message so it's possible that's happened and the recipient has just not bothered to delete.
Either way as others have said, best not to overthink it and then if you do get a reply it's a pleasant surprise |
