Omega 3 as I don't eat enough fish, and Vitamin C (500mg min) to bolster the immune system.
Also probiotics and turmeric sometimes too.
Green tea or a fat burner I've got a few left of if I'm feeling a bit porky! |

Branch Chain Amino Acids
Building blocks of protein basically, protein gets broken down into these but not all protein-containing foods contain all of them so can be sometimes helpful to supplement.
Sorry, jumping in there! |

But having a balanced diet isn't always easy, especially if you don't like oily fish, veg etc. |

Most articles I've read say those who take vitamin supplements are the people who have a good, healthy and balanced diet anyway and get all they need from it - they really don't need to take additional vitamins.
The only supplement I take is zinc. I have an auto immune condition that has no really effective treatment. Zinc has been shown in medical trials to help so I started taking it 18 months ago and have seen an improvement in my condition. |

Cod Liver oil capsules are tasteless.
You can take garlic capsules too again with no taste or stinky breath.

No, I have hidradenitis suppurativa. Most doctors don't know anything about it even though it isn't particularly rare, it affects 1-4% of the population.
The newest medical studies from America (I read them this morning) suggest taking 90mg of zinc a day can induce a total remission. I am watching with great interest now to see if it would be worth trying. My current daily dose is just 15mg and if you take high doses it depletes the amount if copper in your body so you have to take a supplement of that too. |

Not only waste of money, but it can be even harmful .
When taking vitamin supplements, the body loses it's ability to assimilate vitamins from the food you eat.
You can also take too much of something.
Some additives contain toxic substances due to the process they undergo .
I don't take anything. Natural food all the way. Organic.
Not as wholesome as the food used to be years ago, but it still gives me pretty much what my body needs.
Oh well, I also supplement with MultiVitaSex regularly |

Winston Churchill used a cigar instead of a soother as a baby and only ever took his cigar out of his mouth when going down on a woman. Yet he lived till 90.
It must be the cigar effect |

Exactly! Only take substances other than food when something is wrong with your body and cannot absorb or process nutrients from the food.
For example, some people have no intrinsic factor in the stomachs and gut and cannot absorb Vit B12. Unless they are put on injections, the results can be debilitating for life. Even fatal.
For anyone else - mother nature provides the best supplements - air, sunlight, water, food. Exercise, rest, be happy....
And you'll live as long as you live. But it would be the maximum that your body can make out of your personal life expectancy.
Conversely, put shit in your body, including all those supplements and probiotics (aka pro-idiotics), protein supplements, add some steroids, alcohol and smoking, partying all night and what not and see your health dimishing fast. |

Never taken any in my life. I have a varied diet and I do ok for my age I guess and rarely get ill.
Some people do need them though to boost their immune system but some of the supplements seem to be really expensive.
As long as they work i guess. |

Don't take vitamins or supplements. simply, because you can obtain all from a healthy balanced diet.
Everything is either synthesized ur use dangerous chemicals in process.
Could cover all here, but will just cover a few
Vitamin A - sythesized from acetone, extracted with hexane.
Vitamin b3 (niacin) - synthesised from acrolein, formaldehyde, ammonia, titanium, vanadium
Vitamin b12 - fermentation of pseudomonas followed by extraction with cyanide.
Actually nearly all 'breads' 'cereals' are fortified with riboflavin, niacin, biotin etc yet most people who take synthetic supplements get those things from normal every day foods.
Its like flour unless organic, mostly had around 19 preservatives in it plus all the synthetics to make the flour have some nutritional value ha
Anyone who bothers with supliments really doesn't eat very well as is really no need. Its a waste of money and actually does harm to body but like all this shit people get manipulated into thinking helping their body. Whatever |

The main danger of skin cancer is the damage done as a child setting your skin up for cancer as an adult. Sun screen is chemicals. I haven't used it myself since teens. I use cocca butter raw by the block, its got an spf of roughly 8 that mixed with some Shea butter, again raw product brings it up slightly. The problem is the human body is only actually designed to receive sunlight for a Max of 15 mins a day. That's all our bodies need to use for good, repairs and synthesis of enzymes.
All vitamins are enzymes. The body can't take something that is dead and reanimate it. The enzymes your taking in supplement form are dead and therfore useless to your body as how does it reanimate something that is dead. You need to start sprouting seeds on your window. Sprouted seeds are the highest known food group known to man. You should tailor your seed selections to vit D
Rather than synthetic enzyme's which will mask the problem on the short term. Honestly all I'm trying to do is advise through personal experience.
I honestly wouldn't take everything a Dr says as fact. General practitioners is all I will say. They can't know everything and one drs opinion...is always different to another's.
If it pleases you taking a tablet be my guest, but honestly its only a short term answer and well will effect body negatively later on, but as long as you are happy then good luck to you.

Sorry but its a synthetic enzyme your taking and the body can't take a dead enzyme and reanimate it. What your doing is masking the problem. Ok on short term but dong lot of damage to your body. You should not use Google for your research on medical stuff. It searches about 4% of the Internet.
Honestly all I'm trying to do is advise here, but people have been tricked into thinking only answer to problems with bodies are drugs made in some lab. The answer lies with nature. If anyone can't see that then good luck to you |

Look at ozone rectal infusions and also couple with three months of Max gersons diet of 1930s. Look for Max gersons 1st edition book. Follow it exactly for three months. Its far to much to explain here, but do some research have a look at the facts outside of what medical profession preach. I'm not making this up. Its just so few know of these things. Can cure lots of things with ozone and strict diets to clean your entire system and reboot
Good luck in your reading as if serious about helping your daughter it is totally possible. Is hundreds of documented cases. |

"Don't take vitamins or supplements. simply, because you can obtain all from a healthy balanced diet.
Whatever
You are wrong. I do eat a very healthy diet rich in foods that have vit D. I also spend lots of time outside and only use sunscreen on my face and neck, my arms and lower legs are in the sunshine .... but im still very very low on vit D, dangerously low infact and that was even after taking a multivitamin tablet for months. Its not me who says im dangerously low in vit D but a highly qualified doctor so iv not been manipulated into anything.
I agree you're wrong, have a Google of pernicious anemia and then tell me I don't need my b12 injections!! I couldn't function on a day to day basis before I was diagnosed.
If anyone can't see that then good luck to you "
Mass trickery for lazy people - take the pills and all is fine. Good profits for the Big Pharma.

Good, I'm glad you feel the treatment is working for you. All your doing is making the problem though. Whatever your told by your Dr and so called consultants. Honesty its all about pharmaceutical and money. Clearly your one of these people who think...pop a pill or have an injection is the answer. Yes perhaps it looks so on paper and you feel little better in yourself in mind and body, but its still masking the problem, not addressing it and well your being told a load of nonsence if you think its doing your body any good taking a synthetic, but looks as though you can't see past the shite the drs talk. Here take this pill |

I will explain some enzyme 'd' facts for you.
The sun is not strong enough for the body to make vitamin D from October to April in most of uk so this sometimes plays a part in the lack of vit d for some people, in these cases, dairy products and sunflower seeds sprouted and egg whites can bring levels up.
The problems you have is not helped by you stopping your body receiving the enzyme 'd' because your covering your body in a chemical.
Here is why....the problem is your use of sunscreen; SPF 15 blocks 93% of UVB rays, the type our bodies use to make D. Skin also has a harder time producing vitamin D with age so using any chemical sunscreen is a no no for you if your body can't produce enough itself, then your actually stopping your body by use of chemicals. Go figure.
I'm not wanting or trying to argue with you over this. These are facts, if you choose to believe what your told by others..so called drs so be it. Good luck with everything

Well i never took supplements and had tests due to illness. It showed a huge lack of vit D.I was eating an excellent diet full of vit D and spend lots of time outside. I increased the food rich in vit D and i still had a huge lack of vit D. So in your expert opinion i should have carried on with the huge lack of vit D then cus an excellent diet a lots of sunshine didnt help ? |

I dont cover my body in a chemical ! I have a very small amount of factor 12 on my face and higher neck which i have to use due to a skin problem. My arms and legs are uncovered and exposed to the sun.
I eat all the food you suggest.
Im still low in vit D even through the summer months. Im not responding anymore because you think you are right and i disagree. |

I block people simply so they can't messege me with their advice. I prefer to do my own research and i am clever enough to do that despite me taking a vit D tab |

I don't use sun cream and spend alot of time outside plus eat a diet rich in vitamin d, iron and potassium but I'm still very anaemic and have low vitamin d and potassium levels. I have started taking vitamin d supplements and having natural iron water as well as having 2 bananas a day and all 3 levels are now back to normal range!!!
So should I not have taken the vitamin supplements? Despite not feeling well everyday because of the low levels and my body clearly not absorbing it from foods or sunlight?
Some people may benefit by changing their diet and lifestyle to increase their levels which is great but one rule doesn't fit all and some of us need to take a tablet. . . That's life |

Sorry but your still wrong. You don't need a tablet. All the tablet does is mask the problem on the short term.
Sounds like you just need a better diet. Do you sprout seeds?
Can you tell me how taking a dead enzyme fixes the problem? When the body can't reanimate something that is dead? |
