Do they really add to the pleasure, orally or penetration? To self or to partner?

Views and experiences..

I've not had sex since I've had my vch done so from that point of view I don't know.

From a self pleasure point of view it's yummy.

I personally don't enjoy giving a blow job to a guy with a piercing in because I find it gets in the way.

It depends. I love my piercing. It gives something to focus on and having it pushed against my clit gives a different sensation.

My ex had a prince Albert and I loved it. I loved having something to focus my teasing on. Also in certain positions he could rub my g spot.

It depends on size... Of the metal and what piercing.

I have my shaft pierced, so the ladies can feel those as it goes in and out, almost ribbed cock effect.

I also have a large guage prince Albert, which being essentially a big lump of metal it conducts heat so can be felt moving. The additional weight means, in doggy it touches places normal cock can't, so it can be felt.

If you have like a 2.4mm or 3.2mm Albert my guess is it's not going to be felt, same for if you have say a guiche, not much fun for her.

Rock

When I had my VCH first done, it did make it a bit more sensitive. Now after several years, it now feels no different than before. I think my body had got used to it and I have left it in, as I like adorning my body with bling.
