Filthy Fuckeryville

Tonight I'm making my low fat cheats beef stroganoff (20mins instead of slow cooking) - turns out it's also one of my son's favourites that I make.

What is your fave meal?

Or my mums roast beef dinner. She puts cauliflower cheese on the plate, mashed potatoe, roast potatoe, roast beef, carrots, parsnips, yorkshire pud and gravy. No need to eat for the rest of the day after that beaut!

Deep dish.

Par boiled and halved new potatoes in the bottom of the dish.

Wire rack above the potatoes.

Belly pork on the rack.

Slowly roast it, so the fat dribbles down the onto the potatoes.

Serve with a bit of veg.
