If you would normally tell a woman that you're on fab why not. It depends how you want your possible relationship to go.
If a guy approached me at the gym (not that I ever set foot inside one) and told me he was on fab I'd assume he wanted casual sex and no more. I'd appreciate knowing his intent because I could decide whether that was what I wanted too. Far better than him giving me the impression that he was interested in a different type of relationship when he wasn't.
