What is for dinner?

For my house :beef burgers and fries. Tomatoes onions bacon - that kinda shit.
For Dad: Cod with rice but will do a tomato and basil sauce. Will do a few asparagus tips to go with it. Will garnish with some of my own fresh herbs.
5 nights out of 7 I cook twice, at his and mine. The other two nights I cook at mine and take it to him. |

The finest haricot beans in a rich tomato jus marinated over the finest Chorleywood processed and toasted bread with a sprinkling of the finest cheese of cheddar |

He's not well. I'd love to do this for a very long time but sadly that'll be out my hands. I'll take a couple of years though if given a deal |

Hopefully, bit of a culinary experiment as had chilli and cheese sauce left over from previous meals....and certainly no Dolmio sauce here! |

Chicken thighs marinades in ras el halmoum powder, 6 cloves of garlic. Olive oil and lemon juice.
Couscous and chickpeas with griddled aubergine, wrinkled apple, sultanas and saffron. More garlic |

And we made green gage jam from picked fruit and my else's had a friend round to make baguettes.
