The Office For Nathan Statistics has recorded that 2,529 products have shrunk in size over the last 5 years. Over 2,000 were food items but others were loo roll and a variety of others.
Shrinkflation is official, confirming your observations that things aren't as big as they used to be. |

Yes but this is nothing new....I've noticed for years how things are shrinking...Wagon Wheels for example. They used to be huge when I was a kid - and I don't think that's just because I was smaller then. |

Haven't had one for years. Must try one again soon to see if the taste lives up to childhood memories! |

Worst aspect is when size goes down and price goes up, with packaging designed to fool you with how little stuff you're getting. Eg, hollow bottoms in yoghurts etc, packets full of gas, outer boxing elaborately designed to trick you.
You eat one then another, because the first size was too small to satisfy you |

It was in my magazine last week that a full sized flake is 25% smaller than 5 years ago but 10% more expensive.
How can they say that is due to packaging? or monentry inflation?
You can insult me personally and even throw mud at me and I don't care but if you touch my chocolate I will track you down and kill you lol x |

Roses tins at Christmas. Notorious for getting smaller. |

"Linx cans are smaller than they used to be.
That's probably because men wanted to picture their cock against them on sites like this!!"
