If you bash the spices up and/or dry fry the out of date spices and tie them up in little squares of muslin, they make lovely little scented air fresheners. |

i have a packets container in the cupboard - used more when the kids were home and they fancied those pasta meals and quick noodles etc - a few times we have found a randomer in there - i might actually clear it out as i dont keep much in there now - packet of stuffing and maybe a chicken noodle soup |

I do have a small selection of the Henschke Hill of Grace, although not quite up to the Grange standard |
