Any ideas on how to renew a lost libido? Dropped through the floor in the last few months and not showing any immediate signs of returning which is frustrating for me and for the long suffering Lady (although she won't say as she's far too kind and polite). Thank you |

Try Maca powder it sorts your hormones out and makes you feel uber horny depending on how much you take of it lol... If you do start eating it do the research and take breaks as it's not a great idea to abuse anything for health repercussions. I hope you feel better soon xxx |

Any idea why its dropped? Are you stressed, on any new medication, over tired, how's your general health, any resentments in your relationship?
Sometimes it just goes away and everyone else appears to be raving sex maniacs while you just want a cup of tea and a friendly chat. It's ok, its normal and it will return. If by chance it doesn't look at the points I mentioned above and if nothing's changed have a chat with your gp.

If you're sure it's physical not psychological, then I recommend Mecca and Brazil Nuts or anything with Selenium in it. |

To everyone that's replied, many thanks. To clarify, it's not new meds related (not taking any atm) nor is it anxiety or depression.
Not over tired nor work related either; it's just vanished.

I'm sorry to hear that and that I can't offer any words of wisdom |
