My fuse blew. I cant reach the fuse box and had wait for my neighbour to come home and fix it.
I actually quite enjoyed the peace and quiet. Apart from the fact I couldn't cook dinner it was cool.
How long could you survive without electricity? If you couldn't watch TV or charge devices would you get bored? |

I could probably survive a day, maybe a bit longer.
Have lasted about half a day while the fuse board and meter were getting changed.
I have external battery packs so I could charge devices a couple of times.
And bunny, buy a set of ladders so you can reach the fuse board
Or if you had asked, I could have come over and turned you on |

I have ladders but I also have a very high ceiling and would need to stand on the top step to reach and I'm a wuss!
You're too busy turning on jimmy to turn me on |

We did 3 or 4 weeks after the hurricane in 1987, the main problem was after a while the water ran out with no electric to pump it so we'd have to go to centre of village and get water from a bowser. The first week was kinda fun after that it got a bit boring and we didn't even have electronics etc to charge was more the everyday things that got boring like not being able to have a shower etc |

Get out the candles, run a bath and chill with my phone music until the battery runs out.
Get out the massage oils and have some relaxation. Then bed.
Nope, wouldn't miss it |

I love candlelight, and I'd be quite happy with some peace and quiet. I've got a couple of god books to start and I actually think that would be wonderful |
