I have to admit .. i have instant expresso .. i know, i know. But it does the trick first thing in the morning  |

At home, tea in the morning.
In hotels, coffee. Either a cafetier or a latte with a double espresso.
Plenty of water all day. I really do not like instant coffee, so usually, freshly ground beans or pods. Tea or chocolate Ovaltine at night. |
