Been here a while now and still can't get the grasp of breaking the ice over a phone screen. Met some fantastic people in quest as I can speak and interact with people, but on here it feels like I couldn't pull in a brothel. I don't need teaching to suck eggs but what's the deal with people not replying.... |

Fab is like a woman's mind. Totally unfathomable. Don't try to understand it. Just go with the flow and keep pressing buttons. Most will be wrong, but eventually you start hitting the right ones. More by luck than judgement. |

I guess in Quest you're interacting one to one. On here you're competing, simultaneously, with possibly hundreds of other fellas. So you need to stand out over and above everyone else who is probably writing similar things to you.
In a club you haven't got a hundred guys at the same time trying to pull the same lady. So you get the chance to shine and show what you're about.
That's it in a nutshell. It's the same for most of guys. Try and be unique in your approach to differentiate yourself from the competition!

I understand that I won't be everyone's cup of tea like everyone won't be mine. But surly there must be people out there I'd hit it off with. I feel socially inept on here. Feels like I'm talking to the internet like the proverbial brick wall. |

In a club it's not a competition that's why I enjoy it. But I'm not going to start promising the world to girls just to get them. I've spoke to girls on here that have dealings with weirdos but that's because they lie through there teeth to get leg over. Then these girls wonder why it's going wrong |

The difference is that, when I am in a club, if the guy I am chatting to turns out to be a weirdo, I can walk away and find another bloke. On here, I've wasted hours, and maybe days, and got nothing out of it.
Clubs are definitely better, so if you're doing well in one, stick with it. |

As much as I like quest it can be dead some nights and full of people not my type. I'm looking for group fun with people like me. Organising anything more than three people proves difficult. |

I was meeting a guy regularly. He showed a female friend a succession of pictures that he was considering posting on his profile. She chose completely different ones from the ones he liked the most. He got far more interest when he posted the ones his friend chose. Moral of the story? whatever you think is right, do the opposite |

I get told all the time my pics don't do me justice and I'm probably not the best person to sell myself in a profile. So I'll take your word for it and let someone rectify my profile. A photo shoot would be nice too |

For me, it's how a guy messages, if he starts with how he'd like to fuck me, or that he's local to me and wants a meet right now I won't tend to answer, have a look back at the messages you've sent and received a message back from, maybe its how your approaching the woman - just a thought xx |

Best advice I ever got given was to be myself, the thing is with the site is you can't judge character through it. Yes a lady friend has helped you but you've worked as a team and she didn't do anything to instigate your one on one meets |
