Just had a frightening experience

Me and my brother were on our way to the train station to head to Manchester when out of the corner of my eye as we walked past a charity shop, I spotted someone that I hadn't seen since last Christmas and hoped I would never see again and that was my recent ex.
As soon as I saw her, I walked straight past very quickly as we headed straight for the station.
Luckily she didn't see me but that little experience brought back painful memories of what happened last Christmas and the last thing I wanted was to have all that thrown back in my face.
I'm not gonna let get the better of me as I've moved on since then and became a better person than I was in the past thanks to all the friends I've made here who have gave me so much support that I'm very grateful for  |

Yeah I'm ok now thanks. I agree but luckily I'm not gonna let it get to me as I'm keeping it in the past where it belongs |

Damn that was a close one. Me and my brother got off the train at platform 1 and there she was on platform 4 on the opposite side of the station. I'm sure she didn't see me thank goodness.
It sure was lucky that the train arrived on platform 1 otherwise I would have been well in the firing line |

Not to sound harsh, but I think you have to work a bit harder at leaving your ex in the past. I care less about people I genuinely like than you seem to about her. |

I have and will leave her in the past. When she broke my heart last Christmas, it nearly destroyed me and left me really depressed. What I meant by firing line was that I didn't want to have her rip me to shreds and destroying the confidence I had gained these past months. I took the new year as a new start in life for me and it has done me a lot of good and I'm not gonna let the past get to me |

It's something he is working on but his Aspergers make processing his emotions a lot harder to do. He's a regular on BBW and if you knew his story on there you'd how hard he's trying and even how far he's come
