Smile Newbies - Its simple; just message someone(s) on this thread and make them smile. Genuine compliments usually do it, tell them what you like about their pics, profile, forum posts or personality. Its not a FAF or I fancy you thread, just an opportunity to make contact with someone you otherwise might not and tell them what you like about them
Rule 1 - nobody needs to justify the need for a smile, just ask and you shall receive.
Rule 2 - newbies are on tea duty for their first day... mine is the cracked mug and I take mine black, no sugar, thanks 
Rule 3 - everyone gets cake on their birthday!
