Supermarket giant Tesco has been found to be operating two-tiered pricing, breaching an industry-wide agreement with the Competition Commission.
Industry figures have revealed that on a range of 800 items stocked by the retailer, prices in Scotland cost shoppers 5% less than elsewhere contravening the supermarket's national pricing policy by slashing prices in Scotland, but not in the rest of the UK.
The retailer attributed the discrepancy to a "technical error" and denied that it was a secret test of geographic pricing.

although petrol prices range massively from place to place
i was on te way to Milton Keynes this weekend and had to stop at a servies for some petrol and it was £1.44!!! plus they wanted 95p for a bag of Frazzles!!! daylight robbery!!! |

Robbing bastards all of them. Strange how all these people they employ with degrees and supposedly super intelligent make a glaring mistake as this. All bollocks if you ask me that or they need to sack some directors responsible. |
