Is there any out there? Although I admire women of all shapes and sizes I don't recall coming across many hardcore female gym enthusiasts on here..

Ahhh never judge a book by its cover! I used to be a cardio bunny then found a great PT who introduced me to body resistance work and free weights calatisthenics. Now I just run. |

I am all about cardio but have noticed far more women doing weights.
Without sounding patronising, it is great to see. Exercise and fitness is all about finding what you enjoy. Having seen weight areas full of huge guys i can understand why women found them indimidating before but nice to see things changing. |

OP is a gym bunny a lady with a slim, athletic figure or a lady who goes to the gym almost every day?
I'm certainly not the former but as someone who goes to the gym 5 or 6 days a week I most definitely fit into the latter definition  |

When I started training it was with 3 blokes so strangely enough I never felt intimidated!
Often more women than men in the weights area now though which is good (on one hand, less fit blokes to look at though!)
Walking the dog and netball is as far as my cardio goes, wish I could enjoy it more |

some very well toned/cut dedicated girls at Rodney Gym in Perth, they look in early to mid 20's but good muscle definition, benching 20kg a side with Olympic bar and squatting heavy.
They look young, petite & slim but can lift heavy when you compare their body weight and are well cut.
Other females their tend to stick to running & cycle m/c's as well as keep fit classes, tight hugging leggings are very pleasing on the eye, and occasionally a few camel toes.  |
