So quit smoking five months ago which I am really happy about. Problem is I have put on almost four stone.... now it's time to diet and exercise.

I'd recommend downloading the my fitness pal app and start logging EVERYTHING you eat/drink. You can enter your starting weight and enter your goals and it will work out your calories for the day. |
