It really depends on my mood, I love and I mean love a great chunk of well prepared perfectly cooked (medium rare) steak, but you can't beat getting messy with some juicy tender slow cooked ribs Mmmmmm hungry now  |

Plus macaroni cheese, jacket potato with sour cream and chive dressing, a grilled Portobello mushroom dripping in garlic butter and a grilled beef tomato. |

Steak with red onion, mushrooms, big chunky chips and garlic mayo on the side, oh frig it through me a few garden peas on the side to !!

I enjoy both but steak would win every time, medium rare- but pushing closer to rare. Cooked to perfection and rested so that it's own juices create the flavour, just some seasoning and not spoilt with sauce |

Sometimes I want to get sticky and finger licky and other times I want to use the sharpest knife to slice through meat.
