So I had my 2nd ever social yesterday, we had a great time just having a few drinks and laughs. I've woken up to grief off to other members because of my 1 and only verify. I've even been unfriended and blocked by 1. Is this the norm?? |

Yeah people are weird. While they believe the swinging lifestyle to be for them they in fact can't handle jealousy and/or make judgment on other people you meet.
I always think of it as a lucky escape if someone acts like a twat before we've even met. |

If a woman meets people for socials or meets then that's cool.
If a man meets anyone other than that one special snowflake that he's talking to, he's a horrible nasty heartless man slut because he should be saving his soul for her.  |

Id been chatting to a married woman on fab for a few weeks, hubby didn't know she was a fabber, she'd send me pics n vids most days and rang me a couple of times, she cancelled a meet at last minute due to family issues, told her I was going to a group social in a pub the following weekend and she even rang me while i was on the way to it to give me some friendly advice as it was going to be my first social, the next day I noticed she had unfriended, blocked and deleted me ! Some strange people about. |

I mean this in the nicest possible way ... but who cares?!
You enjoyed a great social meet with a lovely lady *and* had your eyes opened to people whose true attitude wasn't what you'd have wanted it to be. Far better you know that now than sometime down the line when you could have invested more time in them. I'd say that's a pretty good result actually  |

I'm really friendly but some assume that if I verify someone as genuine because they've actually spoken, the person must be either as bad or worse than me or they can't be strung along with vague promises of meets.
There sometimes are some dreadful people that it really is a bonus if they break contact. |

I've had some one block us because while I was answering their messages another person messaged them who I had verified , so this person I was answering messages assumed I had told the one I verified to message them , which I had not , but I still got blocked by the one I was answering |
