lol, yeah it's true.
always presume someone acts the same with others as they do with you.
advice is start fucking with their head, tell them the other person has been saying stuff to you about them. |

"Yes and I couldn't care less. If they talk about me it just means that they're jealous or envious of something to do with me."
I agree with that part this person is jealous of both of us and prob wants to play us off against each other. |

Too true, usually people who are insecure about themselves, their work or want to appear more important, likeable, wanted or needed by putting others down. Come at you with a toothy grim you could decorate a beach with. |

to add to this do the shit stirring at opportune moments only, like when they start saying something about the other person you then bring up 'ooh speaking of *whoever*, they said *insert bullshit here* about you. |

only say that to the one you trust. the one you don't trust will up their game to get one over on you.
people like this tend to be stupid, gossips and malicious people, but when threatened they can cause a shit storm. |

All the time at work but they way I see it is if they are to pussy to say it to my face then why let it bother me. I do on occasion drop a sly dig into a conversation and if they are dumb enough to question it I let them know I heard all about it. It's amazing how much so called grown men can squirm |

"I bet it you were to confront them & ask them why are they talking about you it would soon stop the bitching."
The next time they bitch about that person I will stop them in their tracks and say they did mention u were talking about me recently. |

It sounds a little like resentment. I would just be civil, but exchange nothing personal about them. If someone bitches to me about others, I know not to tell them anything juicy about me, because chances are, they will be gossiping about it in no time. |

I think you're right. Perhaps she should be bitching about the ones who sent the cards then .... Don't let it take away from the fact that you did a good job . |

I don't say and share stuff that I wouldn't publicly do, as it just allows me to feel more settled and comfortable this way.
As a good listener I try to fix the boundary between others being intimately open and stirring up trouble, which I'd prefer not to be involved with. I let people know when I'm uncomfortable with what they're saying about others.
People will try to play games but the best stance is to be clear with them, possibly telling them like it is or stonewalling them. Save your trust for people who deserve it. |
