The answer is the more meets you have had the more they think you are easy and will have sex with them but when or if your number is higher then their actual number (because they will lie) they think you are promiscuous. Can't win either way so just tell them it's none of their business. |

I'd assume it's an attempt at making conversation.
That or their nosey.
It's not just single men who ask this question. We've had a fair few couples ask this too and the odd single lady.

A ballpark figure is probably fine. Then you can offer a margin of error.
