But it's so good for you.
It can help prevent dementia, help you sleep better, help you heart and is packed with B vitamins.
I may get some crumpets tomorrow just to fill those holes with butter and Marmite.

"Crumpets with lashings of butter smothered in Marmite
Add grated cheese and whack it under the grill until melty and then it's perfect! Nom!" You two are so right!!!
Plus marmite and PB as a combo is strangely delightful! Yum |

Totally addicted to Marmite!
I love to eat it by the spoonful, straight from the jar -
That lovely sensation when a big, gloopy spoonful hits my tongue and oozes around my mouth, sweet, sensual, with just a hint of intense bitterness....
Utter bliss...!!!

But it's just gorgeous .... on thick slices of buttered toast, on crumpets or on hot bagels.
Then you have marmite crisps, marmite rice cakes, marmite crackers, marmite cashews, even marmite chocolate which wasn't too bad. Starbucks' cheddar and marmite paninis are amazing |

In the love it camp here. Full of essential B vitamins that's hard to get anywhere? else. Great on hot toast with peanut butter (which has to be crunchy, but that's? for another thread)

"its actually made up of ground up mites"
Marmite lover here...
It's the leftovers from beer fermentation and I'm sure you don't mind those "mites" in your beer or bread..
Now the white rind on soft french cheeses is the one that scunners me, it is packed full of cheese mites munching on that penicillin packed rind and when the rind gets an orange tinge, it's swarming with the little living buggers.. Yum,yum... |

He's right about it being made from the shite left over from fermentation. I work at a brewery and trust me if you seen it or smelt it come to that you'd never eat it again. Its fucking minging |
