Has anyone ever heard an unused movie score and wondered what the scene from a movie would have been like if the score had been used?
Recently, I came across a YouTube video of the transformation scene from An American Werewolf In London but with Elmer Bernstein's unused score called Metamorphosis. It was a very interesting watch and the music really added the horror aspect to the scene.

The fun fact is even though John Landis chose the song Blue Moon for the scene instead of this score, he did bring Bernstein back to score music for the acting segments of Michael Jackson's Thriller so Bernstein used a reworked rendition of the Metamorphosis score. |
