Best of luck to them, it's the company that wants them to help sell their goods, not celebrities chasing advertising work.

Most people will take advantage of earning easy money why should celebrities be any different? Besides, I imagine some celebrities aren't quite as well paid as you might imagine.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I think they are doing it for the money not the art.

Ad agencies like to get famous people for ad voice overs as we're already familiar with them.

I wouldn't say Harvey Keitel needs the money, but the ads are still quite good

It makes me squirm to see Chris Kamara who used to play for my team in his latest ad, the guy must be really short of money,

What is so wrong with people earning money? If an ad agency is prepared to pay them it would be rude not to accept, wouldn't it?

I like Monkey best from PG and it was really kind of him to let Johnny Vegas tag along after he went to his house selling adjusters. I,'ve read his autobiography, it was really touching to learn that he started life in the back of the toy shop store room, all dusty and in need of repair.XXX

Worst is George Clooney. He's not short of cash for one.

And for two, doesn't do adverts that are shown in the USA, only foreign campaigns. That shows he doesn't think it's quite right if he doesn't do it in his own country but then is happy to take the cash elsewhere.

And diCaprio who does Japanese adverts but doesn't let them be shown to US audiences. If you're gonna do it , do it , don't try to hide that you're selling out to a certain audience.

That seems a reasonable point. I don't begrudge anyone earning a living in any way they can but that does seem as though some are actually ashamed of themselves.
