I've only seen one occasion when I think the person was being deadly serious and actually warming people off. But any flirting publicly here is oft deemed to be the lamppost piss, or brown nosing and jellies that call it out whether they are jealous, or bemused or cringed or teasing.

About 4 years ago there was a really popular male forumite. He must of been on holiday or something but at the end of the week he put about 4 veris up from women on the forums who all thought they where "his one" the hissing and snarling went on for months

I remember one a few years ago now and if anyone was friendly towards the guy the girl and her butties would be very unfriendly towards you on the forums, so happened I bumped into them at a FFFF and after initially the girls still coming across as quite bitchy the actual 'couple' turned out to be lovely, I do wonder if they are still together now
