didn't have one for six months or more, was brilliant not having one. now i keep forgetting mine everywhere...not seen it since yesterday in fact and have no clue where it is. i'm not caring much to be honest  it'll turn up maybe |

Got this whacky idea that may help you, put your phone in a large box, paint it red so it's easy to see... then leave it on a street corner so you can spot it from 4 directions... if you do this with lots of other people you could pay for it by charging them to use your phone, then use theirs when you are nearer their red box than yours.... if only I could think of a catchy name for this publicly available mobile phone in a big red box  |

Get really bright cases for them.
Create habits that are unchanging - where you put them, pockets, timing of when you pick them up, such as preparing to go out etc. And use tracking.
Ingrained habits will make it much harder to leave something behind.

Hmm not much support for my idea of keeping it in a big red box, I suspect that this is due to fears that someone would abscond with the phone, so how about if we tethered the phone to the wall of the box with something strong and flexible, we could enhance security still further by running some sort of electrical current through the tether so that the mobile phone doesn't work if removed from the box |
