A road accident as screwed things up for me...because if it I only have 1 job to back to the firm I worked almost 8 years for as not bothed to help me back into work and my landlord gave me a letter to say that basically he is kicking me out while telling me he is giving everyone the same letter (to this date only I got one) because he didn't know that I was going back to work in august so I have to look for another place and job. And my spirt is pretty low even though I am on holiday it don't feel right. |

Has your landlord said why he's evicting you? Surely if you've been off work and claiming ESA or whatever, the council would be paying your rent? When you get back to sunny Derby maybe we can meet up for a pint   |

Yer sure, yes been getting housing benefit. He has 7 rooms and 2 of them he now rents out as guest rooms. Last Saturday he wanted to see me..he had already been twice that day and spoken on a group chat on Whatsapp. Saying that he is turning it all into a guest house and everyone is getting the same letter..the letter which is just addressed to me does not explain why..where he slipped up was when I told him that I be back at work on the 1st of august and he replied with "oh I didn't know you was back at work in august" so he was thinking I am going to be in the sick for awhile and wants to replace me with someone else or rent out as a guest room. 2 days later I spoke to 2 other tenants and they know nothing of this. |

How long have you been there, and are all the other tenants in full time employment? If nobody has complained about your behaviour while you've been there, then it all sounds a bit fishy to me if you appear to have been the only one to have received a letter  |

Been there since march and never had a problem until i had the accident..the landlord as been hot and cold sometimes being patient while waiting for the housing benefit to come throu and other days texting me asking when i will I get it...to the point asking for the rent before July(about 2 weeks before july) which I was still waiting for the benefit to come and had to borrow the money from my parents. Then another time after telling him that I am getting the housing benefit every 2 weeks so I said I will I pay him half one payday and the other half next...and he was fine with that..week after I got a text at 10pm asking for the money in full before I go away...further adding that if I can go on holiday I can pay the rent. |

I have to admit, I do somewhat see his point about going on holiday. IMO paying the rent and keeping a roof over your head has to take priority |

I have found a better place a bit smaller but also cheaper too and I think I trust him more when he said he is fine to half my rent when I go to Bulgaria for the summer...don't get me started on the women here... Jesus everywhere I turn I see short jeans some so short you can see the cheeks of their ass..and so tight they must paint it ok lol so many fit women..sadly I am too shy and unable to speak Bulgarian.
I have seen a few interesting sites and that's not on the nudist beaches..once in a busy beach in pomorie saw a woman giving her partner a blow job and once on deserted part of beach almost walked upon a couple having sex |

Yer I too see that point but I did quickly put it to rest when I said the holiday was booked and paid for before the accident and before I moved in I think I booked it in February. So I have my full right to go away and didn't effect me at all. |
