Try a femidom.
The pasante version isnt great and has that paperbag feeling you hear people complain about but the ormelle version is much better and feels nice.

I just don't use them 
I've had it before when the other person is having the time of their life, but I can't feel a thing. So they don't get used now, it saves being bored half way through.
