Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I've just finished an intense period of work and now I keep falling into a nap around 6.30pm watching the news.
I like a nap around 2pm as I can still sleep later but 6.30pm just throws everything off kilter.
I hope you all find peaceful sleep soon.

I think my beer may just be working. Starting to feel mildly sleepy. Alcohol is clearly the way forward. Note to self.
Stop being a tea bore and drink more beer... |

It really isn't. It may help to get you off to sleep but the quality of sleep is affected by alcohol and can include waking during the night.

I fully agree because my sleep pattern used to be appaling but improved enormously since stopping drinking and now feel a lot better for it. |

I used to have afternoon naps with my ex when we first got together and we had time off together. A bit of a bonk and then a few hours kipping and maybe another bonk on waking. It's good for blood pressure i think i read somewhere... |
