Sometimes it's good to have a cry. I had a cry in the bath the other day, looked like a psychopath, was crying cos I was too hot, I'm a dick head sometimes!

Ahh, that kind. Not good, I know that feeling, usually there is a reason, but it's impossible to establish amongst the emotional clusterfuck! Hope you feel better soon.

it can be a sign of depression, I should know, I've being through it and still going through it. Hang in there, there's a good life out there. x

I cry at almost anything vaguely sad...watched Ted at a mates last year and took a good slagging as I weeped like a baby because a stuffed teddy had died.

It takes a hell of a lot to make me cry as I supress all bad emotions.

If you ever do see me cry, im in a bad way and I really need a hug Happens about once every 14 months

I'm usually on a bus on a sunny day. For some reason sunshine makes me cry.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

If nothing else they are keeping your eyes moist.

Look up the health benefits of tears.

They are falling for a reason. If it's distressing you I hope you find out why and feel better soon.
