No DIY today, last job was putting up a new curtain rail and curtains a week or so ago...
But I have cleaned all the fish shit out of my fish tank filter, that's a win for the day! |

I've just had the hedge trimmers and strimmer out to de-jungle the garden. Our cats are pissed because it was like a hunting ground with loads of hiding places to start a stalk. |

"How s the garden tap doing xxx " all done and working fine, just trying to boost the pressure a bit for washing the car, I did have the hose pipe connected up to a washing machine connection, but that goes threw a ball valve with a reduced diameter hole, I will was the car after the F1 race and see if it has made any difference. |

"I've been tidying up my garden
Is that a euphemism or do you actually mean an actual garden? (can never be too careful on here lol)"
My actual garden. Cut the hedges mainly but there's a lot of it. My arm is going to ache tomorrow! |

I have so many DIY jobs to do since I only moved in a few months ago. My spare room looks like a bomb went off in there. I'm useless at DIY though, I usually just pay someone else to do it for me if at all possible. |

Replaced a toilet cistern fill valve. (Who knew!)
Mowed the grass. Cleaned the patio.
(Any good female DIYers around? That toilet cistern is still dripping!!!) |

After a year of renovations in our garden doing diy is the last thing on our minds. We will spend a little time tidying said garden ( veggie beds and sweep patio). But, most of our day will be spent relaxing in the garden drinking gin and tonic |
