so in the fridge i have an egg, half a punnet of blackberries, a strawberry protein milk drink and about 4 squares of green & blacks espresso dark chocolate

let's see him make a 3 course meal outta that !

Make scrambled egg on toast for first course, then blitz the berries into your drink and grate the chocolate over the top for second course.

little milk and flour egg can have a pancake filled with fruits and put dark choc over hot water in a bowel you have a sauce for top .

thank you

if there is one thing i love it is misplaced trust in my cooking abilities

p.s. ainsley - you can do 1 now - the fab girlies have sorted me out (well at least for dinner ideas)
