Do the mods get counselling ;)

Whilst snoozing on the sunbed today I was thinking about all the pics I've ever put on fab and all the pics I've got ready to go on fab (529  ).
And I got me thinking, does fab offer counselling to the pic mods in particular and if they do when does the need for counselling become apparent. Is if after 500, 5,000, 5,0000..... and what are the signs n symptoms that a pic mod displays when counselling is needed. Do they start with a nervous twitch? What happens if counselling doesn't work? Are the pic mods sent off to a fab institution? How are they cured? Is there a cure?

Interesting subject...
When uploading you are asked who is in the pic and it's level of nudity.
Are the mods categorised too?
Straight male mods for female pics, straight female mods for male pics, ect ect?
Do new mods have to start with non-nude pics and have to be promoted through the ranks to be able to mod full-sex pics?
Are they all in a big office somewhere? Open plan or seperated cubicles?
Are tissues, wet wipes and lube provided? Or do they have to provide their own and claim expenses?
Do new vacancies get advertised at the job centre?
How does the interview process work? Are previous experience and references required?
