Ok fellas i'm trying to organize a stag do weekend for a mate in September and wondered if anyone been to Riga / Latvia before looks cheap and cheerful.?
Also looking at Amsterdam and Hamburg been to both so reliable and trusted.
Any ideas thoughts be appreciated European locations only and lively be about 20 of us so no ghost town.  |

Been to the Baltics before - Riga was nice!
Preferred Tallin - capital of Estonia. The old town is great with loads of cafès and places to drink and eat. Not sure about the nightclubs though - but there was one in the hotel!
Might just have been because I got to spend more time in Tallin.
If it's a stag do I doubt the location will really matter  |

Most places you go to will be quieter in September then if you went earlier in the season, But out of the places you have mentioned I would say Hamburg,
But if you are after a cheap and lively place why not try Benidorm |

Thing is might as well go to Brighton its a bit too British really. ha
Yeah i'm swinging to Hamburg has it all beer women clubs perfect for a lost weekend.  |

Yeah but it will be a lot warmer, Its great when you can go out on the piss wearing a tshirt and shorts
Oh and the ladies wear even less 
But if you are after a lost weekend Hamburg is the place to go, Its like Amsterdam but for adults
