Have you ever noticed that if some one is promoted or given special duties that makes them superior to others they go on a bit of a power trip, and start favouring some more than others with their decisions? |

To me it's an inappropriate choice of terminology as it implies others are inferior....
On the rigs I looked after I wouldn't allow any of our supervisor to use that term ....
