I love cold toast but has to be buttered first then left to go cold for me. I'd rather have nothing than have toast with low fat spreads. |

make toast
rub peeled garlic over dry toast untill the garlic is gone
drizzle oilve oil over toast
grill a 4" round slice of goats cheese untill it's mbegining to melt and has browned
lay the goats cheese on the toast
drizzle with more olive oil
scoff the lot |
