I think in a week i drink one or two hot drinks like tea and coffee and soft drinks maybe 2 or 3 a day i forget to drink untill i see my wee is orange and then have to .. You a drinker.

THe only time I drink soft drinks (fizzy) is when I'm on the road. Never drink any soft drinks at home as I prefer a can of beer or a glass of wine.

i hardly ever drink alcohol & haven't done for 7/8 years now.

drink wise, 2/3 coffees over the day and a can of diet or zero round lunchtime.

then home of an evening probably a couple of glasses of hi-juice cordial.

if i go out to a pub / restaurant, it's generally water or lime & soda. if the place i'm in has bottled or canned diet i will drink that, but not that syrupy shite out of the tap. vile !

tea...hot,strong and sweet (use sweeteners not sugar)...drink about 12 - 15 mugs a day (already had 4 this morning) also drink a lot of water and some fruit juice. Alcohol (vodka + lemonade) usually when I go out but occasionally will have a drink in the evening (port, cointreau, cherry brandy or the occasional whiskey, although I'm more likely to put the whiskey in my tea ).

Only the first pee of the day should be orange, if you dont drink and your pees orange thro the day your more open to bladder infections plus your dehydrated

so drink more young lady

Often wondered why I pee orange when I haven't been boozing but when I've got eight pints of lager in me (which is a yellow liquid) my pee is clear. Thanks for that.

I drink loads of tea, probably 10 mugs a day at least. I never touch coffee, it gives me headaches.

If I have a cold drink it's usually Tango or Fanta orange. I don't like Coke or Pepsi.

I only drink beer on Thursday nights, and maybe Saturday nights

I drink pints of sugar free squash (never liked water - even the bottled stuff)

On a hot evening some fruit juice (orange or 5alive) with some lemonade is nice

Not a coffee/tea drinker - cant stand it

Fizzy drinks just bloat me

my god do you really drink 12/ 15 mugs a day cant get over that I am 1 a week 2 if i think about it and have a cake , lol

AND YOUR RIGHT ....... i just have to remember too now thinking how to do that maybe note on PC and around the house , lol as its orange alot .. x

Fill a water jug with squash or flavoured water and keep it near to you just like they do if you're in hospital.

I have 2 coffe's a day, but the rest of the day you will not see me without a bottle of water, in any situation, any time, anywear, always always have to have a bottle of water with me. I just crnt stand being dehydrated, dry mout headaches, horrible.

i drink lots of tea and the odd coffee a few glasses of squash but no pop unless as a mixer

when i'm working i often forget to drink and my reminder is a pain i get between my shoulders no idea why its there but it goes as soon as i have a couple of glasses of water

we have a new trainee now and she is fab keeps making me cups of tea without me even asking so helps keep me topped up at work bless her

depends on how active you are.. 2-3 litres is recommended.

However, your pee should be clear with a yellow tinge - otherwise you are dehydrated and your body has problems ridding you of toxins.

best to drinks limited amounts and often, rather than lots at once otherwise if you drink loads at once the body cant cope.

Drinking the correct amount and often also help you to stay in shape and aid weight loss.

I drink around 2-2.5 litres of water everyday.

I used to have around 6 cups of coffee a day but cut down to 2. I do partake in flavoured tea infusions but cannot stand ordinary Tea (Tetleys,Typhoo,Ceylon, Earl Grey etc etc etc )

In Chinese Restaurants I drink Green tea, preferably Jasmine.

I do not touch any alcoholic beverage whatsoever.......

Your urine, first thing in the morning, is generally 'discoloured' ie dark yellow/light orange which, in most cases, is usual. The discolouration is due to your lack of fluid intake whilst you are asleep.

The daily recommended fluid intake is 2 - 3 litres, which looks a lot, but over the course of the day. If your urine is discoloured during the day that hints at dehydration which, in turn, suggests you are not drinking enough. Of course, with the lack of lubrication, so to speak, further problems could ensue.

It is always a good idea, when on holiday in the heat specifically, to have a bottle of water in between each and every alcoholic drink. It makes perfect sense to actually drink the two intermittantly (3 or 4 sips of beer then a couple of sips of water) which gives you a better 'balance' of fluidity.

We all know that we can drink probably 2 to 4 pints before we need to go to the toilet and then, worryingly, we just need to keep going with much more frequency. The 'balance' of fluids won't stop you going to the toilet any less but it will help prevent the inevitable hangover....which, in effect, is caused by alcoholic intake, which when consumed (especially in heat)in quantity can cause dehydration which, of course leads to your urine discolouration after a 'good' night's sleep.

Short and sweet solution is to ensure that throughout the day you have a fluid intake of approx 2 - 3 litres. (Fluid as in water, tea, soft drinks etc) It seems a lot but it'll help to preserve your natural bodily functions.

I tried the 2-3 sips of beer then 2-3 sips of water - after 15 pints of each my 'fluid' or any other balance was gone completely and I tripped over a table and pissed myself - I am now barred so thankyou poster for that sterling advice!!!

I think the words 'in moderation' spring to mind. If i've d*unk 15 pints in a session i'd probably be dead.

I always put 2-3 litre bottles of water into the freezer and drink them throughout the day..

also mostly drink fruit teas...

Drinking the correct amount of water was the biggest change that I found benefited my health.. I just feel so much better not being dehydrated..

If I'm drinking a soft drink, it'll be Aloe Vera juice from the chinese supermarket.

I dont drink as much as i should especially being diabetic. I usually only have about 4/5 drinks aday.

Havent had any alcohol since my holiday beginning of april but going to have one or two at the beach party

Actually and as daft as it may sound being hydrated does produce not only a better quality sperm but also increases the quantity.

By keeping your kidneys clear of toxins etc and drinking sufficient water will keep your 'pipes' in pristine order. Water is not only our most natural source but also the purist form of hydration known to man.

To emphasise the content of quality sperm there is an English porn star known as 'Omar' whom when he comes almost drowns his 'co stars' with his copious amount that he sprays over their faces. i can always tell if a man is well hydrated by his cum if he isnt its the wall paper paste stuff and im not keen on that

Fizzy Drinks - 2 cans a day

Beer - 8/12 bottles a week

Fruit Juice - Litre a week
