My girlfriend had an orgasm yesterday.

If it's unusual and she's worried, yes always get things checked out. Never worth taking risks, most probably nothing to worry about but go for peace of mind  |

It could be that the orgasm was so intense I've actually passed out quite a few times with the intensity of it.
But it may be worth getting it checked out if your worries about it |
