What food can you always get in your home town but struggle to find elsewhere?

I'm in Hull and it's delicacy is the pattie (mashed potato and sage coated in batter) usually served in a bread bun/cake/roll and referred to as a pattie butty

Soda bread and potato bread. dulse is really nice but hard to get outside of Ireland.

Yup I missed pease pudding sooo much when I lived away from the area for 11 years. Now I never have a ham stories without it !
