Nothing better than proper crusty granary bread , cheese and onion crisps squashed down between two slices. Totally unhealthy and different to a Sunday roast but bloody lovely.

I visited a friend yesterday and she was eating a pot noodle and tipped a packet of monster munch into it.

Like wtf that's just wrong in so many ways lol

I love simple food and a crisp sarnie is one of those simple pleasures in life

I love granary bread but find plain old white is better for a crisp butty

Yes you break up the crisps a little ( pickled onions ones and then pineapple rings it so works. In crusty bread.

I have the munchies now..

Cheese and onion would be number one with salt and vinager in close second. Ready salted crisps with cheese and onion (red cut very thinly)

Mine is a little different. ....

Sliced white bread, quite heavily buttered. Prawn cocktail crisps that have been well crushed in the bag before being emptied onto the buttered bread. A good topping of salad cream and then the top slice placed on before being squashed down.

But I haven't put too much thought into it. ......
